...Recalled to Life...

Since I have about ten minutes before I have to head over to the ESB for my afternoon class, I figured I'd document the last couple days or so...

1) My brother and his fiancee flew in to visit over the weekend, and, actually got engaged over the weekend! So, now the family is in the wedding business it seems...

2) Got to go see a pre-showing of "A Tale of Two Cities" which was really good.

3) Just got back from the school's Fall Retreat, which was a great weekend out of the City.

4) Working on getting an internship at Saturday Night Live, so, still working on the paperwork to finalize the process.

5) Going to Doc's house this weekend for a cookout, which is awesome.

Well, time to head to class....

...Live, from New York City....

It's nearly been 2 weeks since I started living in The Big Apple and they have gone by as quickly as I expected. Classes have just about started into their fun swing with my lineup looking something like this:
  • Principals of Management and Organization
  • College Writing II
  • Introduction to New Testament Literature
  • Introduction to Politics
  • Introduction to the City
It's hard to give a concrete description on each class since it seems like they all overlap in a variety of ways. So far each of the classes have been extremely engaging and the professors have been fantastic.

Of course, along with school one must get a good does of relaxation and fun. So, between midnight games of frisbee at Central Park, tackle football, movie watching parties, and chilling with my roommates and school people in the apartment our time here is pretty busy.

The unfortunate thing is that I do not have a camera, otherwise I could actually document some of this. But, I guess that will have to wait for the time being.

I think that is a wide overview of the past week and a halfish, so, if i get a free moment in the next week or so I'll try to input any other interesting tidbits of life here in The City...
